Hi, I'm Luke Jones.
I've spent the last 15+ years building and leading partnerships for software companies — most recently at SAP, where I led teams responsible for hundreds of partner relationships and tens of millions of dollars in revenue. My career has been about the same few things over and over: earning trust, aligning people around a shared goal, and following through on what I promised. Before that, I earned my MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Austin, where I co-founded the university's startup incubator, Texas Venture Labs.
For all I've enjoyed about my career, I've always wanted to own and run a business of my own — one where I'm accountable to customers, employees, and a community, not a corporate org chart. Rather than starting something from scratch, I'm choosing to continue something proven: to buy a business from an owner who cares about what happens next, and to dedicate myself to running it well. What excites me most is the impact a healthy business has on everyone it touches — the customers who rely on it, the employees who build their lives around it, and the community it serves.
I've lived in Seattle for six years and I'm ecstatic to call this beautiful place home. I'm blessed to have the love and support of my amazing wife, our five-year-old son, and our dog — while I'll be the one operating the business, my family is behind it all the way. When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking, biking, or playing golf — outside as much as possible.
