My Approach

For owners

It starts with a conversation, not a pitch.

The first step is simply getting to know each other. No pressure, no obligation, and complete confidentiality — I know word getting out prematurely can hurt a business.

Straightforward and fair.

I'll be honest about fit early, respectful of your time, and clear in everything I put in front of you. No games, no retrading, no army of analysts.

One decision-maker.

I'm funding this acquisition personally, using conventional SBA-backed acquisition financing — a well-established path for transitions like these. When you talk to me, you're talking to the person writing the check and the person who will run the business.

After the handshake.

I show up in person and do the work. I plan to keep the team, learn the business deeply before changing anything, and honor the commitments you've made to customers and employees. And I'll work with you on a transition that fits — whether that's a quick handoff or staying involved for a while.

For brokers and intermediaries

I aim to be the kind of buyer you want in your process: I respond promptly, give quick and honest feedback on fit, and don't waste anyone's time on deals I won't pursue. I'm a serious, personally committed buyer with a clear financing path.
